The Kansas Angus Association Board of Directors is excited to announce a new service for KAA members:  The Web Ad Program.

The Board approved this opportunity for its members with the belief that it will be a good service to assist in facilitating the sales of quality Angus cattle in Kansas.

You may reserve a space by emailing Debbie Lyons-Blythe or Anne Lampe.  The order the ads are placed on the page will be determined on a first-come, first-placed basis. This means that the order that your email request is received, will be the order of the ads online.

The ads will all be placed on the top four pages, including the home page of KansasAngus.org.  Those pages, as determined by the number of visitors per page, are the Calendar, Projects and Membership pages. On an average month, the KansasAngus.org website receives approximately 2,000 visitors.

Ads will be placed on the website on the first of each month.  The deadline to request your ad placement will be the 20th of the preceeding month.  The charge will be $25/month and will be billed through the KAA Treasurer Bob Bailey.

You may email an ad to be used, or Debbie or Anne can build you an ad, charging an hourly charge of $30, with a minimum charge of $20.  Ads may be changed monthly, if you desire. The charge for creating you an ad will be billed separately through Anne or Debbie.

If you email an ad you have used on another website, for example the AngusJournal.com site, it should be 140 x 140 pixels, at 72 ppi. It can be an animated .gif or a .jpg ad.  It can also be a flash file. These are the same specifications for the ads on AngusJournal.com and are called Banner Ads, but are box shaped.
